Since joining with Nitel a year ago I have been pleasantly surprised how professional the company is to deal with and just how efficient the service is.

At night after our reception closes our business runs very efficiently with Nitel processing ALL incoming calls and guest enquiries, leaving our security/night staff to do what they do best. Nitel staff communicate directly with our night staff when required, however we have found that with the Nitel systems in place the interruptions are minimal.

This setup works extremely well for our business. I doubt that many of our callers or guests even realise that they are dealing with a receptionist off site.

It is very important for our business to be open for guests 24 hours a day, and with Nitel we are.

It is with much pleasure that I write this recommendation for Nitel both as a company and for the products and services they provide.

As resort operators we first connected up to Nitel whilst managing a large site in Queensland. We found the service to be much more advanced than we expected. We were looking for an answering service but what we got was much more. Nitels development team must work all day just thinking of ways to enhance their service, and they often succeed. We never dreamed that we could open our reception in the morning and find that we had new guests safely and securely processed overnight while we were off site. Nitel did this for us.

When relocating to Sydney there was no decision to make, we had to have Nitel up and running immediately. Richard and his team handled the set-up perfectly and within days we were once again enjoying the benefits of offering a front desk type service to our guests and callers right through the night and all weekend.

We operate a small business and work long hours so without their help we would be lost. It is so nice to have downtime and know that such professional and friendly people are looking after our guests.

The online operating system is very user friendly and allows the Nitel staff to handle the majority of guest enquiries with property specific instructions.
